Packing and Loading for Stainless Steel Sheet
Packing Requirements:
- The bottom and sides of the wooden box must be smooth and free of nails.
- The wooden box needs to be lined with hard cardboard.
- Loading quantity: The height of the sheets inside the box must not exceed the edge of the wooden box. For example:
- 5mm thick sheets: no more than 110 pieces per box
- 6mm thick sheets: no more than 100 pieces per box
- 7mm thick sheets: no more than 90 pieces per box
- 8mm thick sheets: no more than 80 pieces per box
Filming for Stainless Steel Sheet
Stainless steel sheets without special processing requirements are typically covered with a PVC film to protect the surface's cleanliness and integrity. There are three thickness options: 3C, 5C, and 7C.
For customers requiring subsequent laser processing, we recommend using laser film, or Poli film. Laser film has strong adhesion and is heat-resistant, ensuring that the glue does not melt and cause the film to lift during processing. This protects the sheet's surface during laser processing.
