Every stainless steel sheet, coil, and colored panel we ship is packaged to survive long-distance export — from factory floor to job site. This page covers how we protect surface finishes during transit, how coils are wrapped and secured for sea freight, and the laser-grade film options available for panels that will be cut or engraved after arrival. Whether you're sourcing decorative panels for a project or raw coil for fabrication, the packaging is built around one goal: what leaves our factory in spec arrives in spec.


Each decorative stainless steel sheet is protected in three layers before shipment.
A PE film is applied directly onto the finished surface to prevent scratching during handling. The sheet is then wrapped in waterproof paper to guard against moisture during transit.
Finally, it is packed into a wooden crate for structural protection during loading, sea freight, and inland transport. This packaging process applies to all PVD and water-plated color finishes, keeping the coating intact until the panel reaches the job site.
Coils are packaged to withstand long-distance export shipping. Each coil is wrapped in wax paper with a hard-paper-laminated VCI layer against the steel surface, providing corrosion protection during sea transit. Cardboard I.D. and O.D. protective rings, along with a corrugated steel ring, shield the coil's inner and outer edges from impact. The coil is then secured with steel straps and tenax straps, with individual slits separating coil layers where required. A barcode sticker is applied for batch traceability. This standard export packaging protects both the coil geometry and surface finish throughout shipment.

For colored stainless steel sheets requiring laser processing, we also offer laser-grade protective film — sourced from leading brands such as Polifilm 그리고 Novacel — compatible with both fiber laser and CO2 laser cutting. The film is engineered to withstand the heat generated during laser cutting without curling at the edges or shrinking away from the cut line, keeping the surface fully protected throughout the entire cutting or engraving process.
