A non-directional swirl texture, made by machine or by hand, available in a matte or mirror base and a full range of PVD colors.
Vibration is a non-directional pattern — a dense field of short, irregular arcs that, from a distance, reads as overlapping circles rather than a single brushed line.
Because the lines run in every direction instead of one, the pattern hides fingerprints and light scratches and stays non-reflective — a standard choice for elevator cabs, wall cladding, and handrails.
Machine Vibration — an orbital polishing head rotates and revolves across the sheet in a fixed path, producing a consistent, repeatable pattern. The standard method for most orders.
Hand Vibration — a technician traces irregular arcs by hand instead of a fixed path. The result is finer and more detailed than a machine pass, and no two sheets are identical — the option for a custom, one-of-a-kind texture. At its finest, the pattern is dense enough that from a distance it can read almost like a sandblasted surface, only revealing its swirl up close.
Vibration finish stainless steel is commonly used for elevator cabs and doors, wall cladding and feature walls, ceiling panels, handrails and column covers, interior partitions and screens, and furniture or cabinetry panels.
