What Is Vibration Stainless Steel?

Vibration is a non-directional pattern — a dense field of short, irregular arcs that, from a distance, reads as overlapping circles rather than a single brushed line.

Because the lines run in every direction instead of one, the pattern hides fingerprints and light scratches and stays non-reflective — a standard choice for elevator cabs, wall cladding, and handrails.

How It's Made: Machine vs. Hand Vibration

Machine Vibration — an orbital polishing head rotates and revolves across the sheet in a fixed path, producing a consistent, repeatable pattern. The standard method for most orders.

Hand Vibration — a technician traces irregular arcs by hand instead of a fixed path. The result is finer and more detailed than a machine pass, and no two sheets are identical — the option for a custom, one-of-a-kind texture. At its finest, the pattern is dense enough that from a distance it can read almost like a sandblasted surface, only revealing its swirl up close.

Guidance to Choose a Right Size for Your Vibartion Finish Stianless Sheets

Vor dem Kauf sollten Sie das Gesamtgewicht der fertigen Dekorplatte und die Tragfähigkeit der Einsatzfläche abschätzen, um eine Überlastung zu vermeiden.
Da Dekorbleche vor allem aus ästhetischen Gründen eingesetzt werden, genügt eine geringere Dicke, was nicht nur Kosten spart, sondern auch den Anforderungen gerecht wird. Egal ob für den Innen- oder Außenbereich, der ideale Dickenbereich für Edelstahl-Dekorbleche liegt zwischen 0,5mm und 2,0mm.

Platten, die dünner als 0,5 mm sind, sind zu zerbrechlich und können bei der Handhabung und Herstellung leicht beschädigt werden.
Platten mit einer Dicke von mehr als 2,0 mm sind schwierig zu verarbeiten und in der Praxis anspruchsvoll einzusetzen.

What's the difference between vibration and a standard No.4 or hairline (satin) finish?

Nr.4 Und Haaransatz finishes are directional — parallel lines running in one direction across the sheet. Vibration is non-directional: the arcs overlap in every direction instead of following a single grain, which is what gives it the swirled, circular look rather than a straight brushed line.

Ja. Bitte angeben. 316 / 316L für Küstenregionen oder Gebiete mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit; 304 is fine for general exterior use. For outdoor installations, we can also apply a protective topcoat to help the finish resist weathering and keep its appearance over the long term.
