Wood grain stainless steel is a decorative sheet that carries the warm look of natural wood with the durability, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning of stainless steel. We produce it in two processes — embossed (a real 3D textured wood grain pressed into the metal) and laminated (a photographic wood-grain film bonded to the surface) — across species from oak and maple to walnut and teak.
Wood grain stainless steel gives a plain sheet the appearance of wood while keeping it waterproof, fireproof, rot-proof and wipe-clean — a low-maintenance replacement for real timber panels in interiors and architecture. The wood effect can be created several ways; the two we supply as standard are embossing 그리고 film lamination. (Etched and heat-transfer wood grain available on request.)
양각 wood grain is formed by pressing a wood-grain relief into the sheet with concave/convex rollers, leaving a real 3D textured surface you can feel — in grain patterns from straight and deep V-line grain, wavy-line and bark-style, to oak cathedral, wood ring/knot and charred antique-bronze weathered. It combines with 2B, BA, #4 or hairline base finishes and optional PVD color (Gold, Rose Gold, Champagne, Bronze, Black, Blue) or an antique bronze treatment. As part of the embossed, textured stainless family, the relief diffuses glare, hides fingerprints and scratches, and stiffens the panel — an all-metal wood look with no film to wear.

Laminated wood grain bonds a wood-grain PVC film (or thin veneer) to the steel and seals it under a clear protective layer, giving the most realistic wood appearance across the widest range of species — Oak, Walnut, Teak, Maple, Pine, Rosewood, Sandalwood and Mahogany, from light oak and pine through warm teak and maple to dark walnut, mahogany and deep red rosewood. The surface is smooth rather than textured, and is waterproof, fireproof and wipe-clean — a durable, low-maintenance alternative to real wood panels for interiors.
