The base surface is brushed using the same single-roller dry process as our other hairline finishes, then coated with PVD nickel silver. The tone sits close to natural stainless silver at first glance, but the PVD layer gives it a slightly cooler, more matte cast and adds the coating's surface durability — a difference that shows mainly under close inspection or direct light. The fine directional lines stay visible under the coating, giving the color a brushed metallic depth rather than a flat painted look.
Ideal for elevator doors, rear walls, and side panels. The cool matte-grey tone reads as clean and understated while PVD adds resistance to handling marks and daily wear.
Suited to equipment fascia, backsplashes, and prep surfaces where a neutral industrial look and coating durability matter more than decorative warmth.
Pairs well with vivid or deep-toned cabinetry and decor, letting the muted metallic tone balance out bolder colors in the surrounding design.

Base coils come from our TOP partner mills (Lisco, Tisco, Jisco, Posco PZSS, Yongjin, Hongwang) before undergoing surface finishing and coating in-house at our Foshan facility.
Every sheet and coil ships with protective PVC film from Polifilm (Germany) and Novacel (France). Adhesion level is matched to your downstream process — strong enough to stay in place through laser cutting or stamping without gas pressure lifting the film and causing edge blowout, but not so strong that it leaves residue when removed.
