Dear Valued Suppliers and Customers,

We have recently discovered that fraudulent parties are impersonating Sanmei Metal and sending phishing emails to our suppliers using the email address kyle@hkhaochip.com. These emails falsely claim to include a “Stainless Steel Project Specification Sheet” and contain suspicious links or attachments designed to steal information or compromise your device.

As shown in the screenshot below, the content and layout of the phishing email closely mimic our legitimate communication format, making it highly deceptive.

🔒 Please take the following precautions immediately:

1. Do NOT open any emails, links, or attachments from “kyle@hkhaochip.com”.

2. Official emails from Sanmei Metal will only come from the domain @sanmeimetal.com. Always double-check the sender's address.

3. If you receive a suspicious email, please contact us through our official channels to verify its authenticity.

4. Sanmei Metal does not send project specifications, payment instructions, or other sensitive information via unauthorized email addresses.

We strongly urge all our partners to stay vigilant and protect your company’s information and systems. If you have already clicked on any suspicious content, disconnect from the internet and seek immediate assistance from your IT team.
