Embossed mosaic diamond stainless steel sheet has a fine, densely packed diamond-facet texture — small rhombus units pressed edge-to-edge across the surface, each with a raised edge that breaks up the flat plane.

The embossed diamond finish is pressed in with matched embossing rollers, so every facet sits at the same depth and angle across the sheet. The raised edges give real anti-slip grip, not just texture — a standard finish for stainless steel seating and flooring on metro and rail transit. PVD color coats over the embossed surface without losing the texture underneath.

Base coils come from our TOP partner mills (Lisco, Tisco, Jisco, Posco PZSS, Yongjin, Hongwang) before undergoing surface finishing and coating in-house at our Foshan facility. 

Every sheet and coil ships with protective PVC film from Polifilm (Germany) and Novacel (France). Adhesion level is matched to your downstream process — strong enough to stay in place through laser cutting or stamping without gas pressure lifting the film and causing edge blowout, but not so strong that it leaves residue when removed.
