According to customers' needs, we use wrapping paper. If the transportation period exceeds 10 days or encounters special climate conditions, we use waterproof packaging and add plastic film to prevent moisture, water, and rust.
- Standard factory packaging for 2B coils typically includes a layer of waterproof kraft paper inside, followed by a blue plastic cover with a logo, and secured with iron rings around the edges for protection.

Packing Requirements:
- The bottom and sides of the wooden box must be smooth and free of nails.
- The wooden box needs to be lined with hard cardboard.
- Loading quantity: The height of the sheets inside the box must not exceed the edge of the wooden box. For example:
- 5mm thick sheets: no more than 110 pieces per box
- 6mm thick sheets: no more than 100 pieces per box
- 7mm thick sheets: no more than 90 pieces per box
- 8mm thick sheets: no more than 80 pieces per box

Poli Film / Laser Film
Filming for Stainless Steel Sheet
Stainless steel sheets without special processing requirements are typically covered with a PVC film to protect the surface's cleanliness and integrity. There are three thickness options: 3C, 5C, and 7C.
For customers requiring subsequent laser processing, we recommend using laser film, or Poli film. Laser film has strong adhesion and is heat-resistant, ensuring that the glue does not melt and cause the film to lift during processing. This protects the sheet's surface during laser processing.
