Every sheet, coil and colored panel we ship is packed to survive long-distance export, from our factory floor to your job site. What leaves our factory in spec arrives in spec.

Color and decorative sheet packaging.

Each decorative sheet is protected in three layers, so PVD and water-plated colors stay intact until the panel reaches the job site.
1. PE film
On the finished surface, against scratches in handling
2. Waterproof paper
Wrapped around the sheet, against moisture in transit
3. Wooden crate
For loading, sea freight and inland transport

Laser-grade protective film.

For colored sheets that will be laser cut or engraved, we apply laser-grade film from leading brands. It works with fiber and CO2 lasers and takes the heat of cutting without curling at the edges or shrinking from the cut line, so the surface stays covered through the whole job.

Laser film specifications.

Pick a film by the surface you are cutting. Thickness, adhesion and outdoor durability are the film makers' figures. All films are grey/black except 4188REF, which is clear.
