Questions buyers ask before ordering sheet.

What sheet sizes do you supply?

0.3 to 3.0 mm thick, 1000, 1219, 1240 or 1500 mm wide and 2000 to 3048 mm long as standard. We also cut to custom widths and lengths.

Which tolerance standard do your sheets follow?

China national standard GB/T 3280-2015: ±0.02 to 0.04 mm on thickness, ±3 to 4 mm on width and ±5 to 10 mm on length.

Can you cut sheet to size?

Yes. We cut to length, shear, trim edges and make blanks in our own processing center, and fabricate parts to your drawings.

Which film should I choose?

PVC film protects against dirt and scratches in transit. If the sheet goes to laser cutting, choose laser or Poli film, which holds on under heat.

Can I order decorative and mill finishes together?

Yes. Sheet is the easiest way to combine brushed, mirror, colored and mill finishes in one shipment.

What documents come with the sheet?

Every order ships with a Mill Test Report. SGS testing is available on request.
