Base coils come from our TOP partner mills (Lisco, Tisco, Jisco, Posco PZSS, Yongjin, Hongwang) before undergoing hairline brushing and black coating in-house at our Foshan facility. Every batch ships with Mill Test Report and SGS documentation.
Every sheet and coil ships with protective PVC film from Polifilm (Germany) and Novacel (France). Adhesion level is matched to your downstream process — strong enough to stay in place through laser cutting or stamping without gas pressure lifting the film and causing edge blowout, but not so strong that it leaves residue when removed.
