Laminated Stainless Steel

Laminated stainless steel combines real stainless steel with a decorative PVC film. The film gives various surface effects like marble, wood, or metallic textures, while the stainless base provides strength and corrosion resistance. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and widely used for wall panels, elevators, and interior decoration.

Why It Stands Out

Strong inside, refined outside.
A real stainless steel base laminated with durable PVC film — strength and style bonded as one. Compared with painted or coated panels, it's lighter, brighter, and easier to clean, without sacrificing the structural integrity of solid stainless steel underneath.

Durability by design.
Scratch-resistant surface with firm film adhesion, anti-corrosion performance, and fire-safe construction — tested for lasting use in interiors and elevators. The finish is also fingerprint-resistant and waterproof, so it holds up in high-touch, high-traffic environments where painted panels typically show wear first.

Photos can be edited. This video shows the actual panel surface under natural light — the marble veining and wood grain texture are printed and laminated onto real stainless steel sheet, not painted or applied as a flat sticker. Watch how the finish catches light at different angles and holds its pattern up close, the same way it will on your installed panels.

Guidance to Choose a Right Size for Your Laminated SS Sheets

  1. Before purchasing, you should estimate the overall weight of the finished decorative sheet and the load-bearing capacity of the application area to avoid overloading.

  2. Since decorative sheets are primarily used for aesthetic purposes, a smaller thickness is sufficient, which not only saves costs but also meets the requirements. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, the ideal thickness range for stainless steel decorative sheets is between 0.5mm and 2.0mm.
  • Sheets thinner than 0.5mm are too fragile and can be easily damaged during handling and manufacturing.
  • Sheets thicker than 2.0mm are difficult to process and challenging to use in practical applications.

Laser-Grade Film Protection

Every sheet and coil ships with protective PVC film from Polifilm (Germany) and Novacel (France). Adhesion level is matched to your downstream process — strong enough to stay in place through laser cutting or stamping without gas pressure lifting the film and causing edge blowout, but not so strong that it leaves residue when removed.

Global Logistics & Packing

Seaworthy packaging using sturdy wooden crates or steel frames to ensure 100% surface perfection upon arrival. Exporting directly to North America, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
