2B Stainless Steel Sheet and Coil, Direct from Top Mills

2B is the most widely used stainless steel finish: cold rolled, annealed and descaled, then skin passed through polished rolls. The result is a smooth, matte surface with a soft sheen, Ra 0.2–0.5 µm, that is easy to keep clean and the standard base for decorative sheets.

2B or BA?

Less shine, less upkeep.

Both are mill finishes. 2B is far less reflective than BA, so it shows fewer fingerprints, water marks and dirt, and needs cleaning less often.

Choose 2B for baking trays, kitchenware, piping, wheel covers, solar panels and as the base for embossed or colored decorative sheets.

Choose BA when you want a bright, mirror-like mill surface.

What is a 2B finish?

A cold-rolled, annealed and descaled surface, skin passed through polished rolls. It is smooth and matte with a soft sheen, Ra 0.2–0.5 µm.

What is the difference between 2B and BA?

BA is bright annealed and much more reflective. 2B is matte and easier to maintain, because it shows fewer fingerprints and water marks.

Which grades are available in 2B?

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no MOQ.

How fast can you deliver?

7–15 days as standard, depending on order volume.

Are 2B sheets and coils the same quality?

Yes. Sheets are flattened from the coils, so surface, source and thickness are the same.

Can 2B be used for decorative sheets?

Yes. 2B is the usual base for mirror, hairline, PVD color, embossed and other decorative finishes.
