These add physical depth rather than just surface color. Embossed and etched textures reproduce the pitting and surface breakdown that bronze develops over long exposure — the raised and recessed areas take the coloring differently, so the aged look comes from the texture itself, not a layer sitting on top of it.

Every aged bronze sheet is cut to your project's dimensions. The oxidation depth, coloring, and hand-applied mottling can be adjusted on request — giving you control over how light, dark, or heavily weathered the surface reads.

Stainless steel starts as a grey-silver base. Different combinations of polishing and oxidation coloring produce different depths of bronze tone and surface character on that same base — which means every aged bronze sheet comes out as a one-of-a-kind result.

Our production process:

1. Start with the customer's specified stainless steel grade (201 / 304 / 316 / 430) as the base
   
   
2. Apply oxidation coloring to build the bronze tone
   
   
3. Create the aged texture using one of two methods:
   • Etching — builds a raised, tactile pattern beneath the patina for genuine dimensional depth
   • Standard process — produces a flat, weathered patina on the surface
     
     
4. Hand-finish the surface to refine the mottled, aged character
   
   
5. Apply a protective clear coat to lock in the finish and slow further oxidation
