The hairline grain and the PVD color are both applied on the full coil, not sheet by sheet.
Matching panels: grain direction and color run continuously along the coil, so every sheet cut from it matches — across a wall, and from one batch to the next.
Lower cost per sheet: full-coil brushing and coating are faster and more consistent than processing cut sheets one at a time.

Typical market coil: 0.21–0.27 µm. Ours is up to 28% thicker.
In plain terms: the coating takes longer to wear through, so the color lasts longer.

Most suppliers give no color tolerance at all. Every coil of ours is held at ΔE 2 or less.
In plain terms: reorder next year or mix batches on one wall, and the panels still match.

215solvent rubs
The standard asks for 100 solvent rubs. Typical market anti-fingerprint coating failed at 70; ours lasted 215.
