First Step into International Trade

Entered the export industry from the bottom as a junior saleswoman.

With no customer resources or company support, she independently secured her first client through cold outreach and persistence.

2018

Focused on Stainless Steel · Deep Dive into Supply Chains

Officially transitioned to stainless steel exports, mastering materials and surface finishes.

Over  years, accumulated resources across key production hubs: Foshan, Jieyang, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong.

2023

Launched Crusher Wear&Spare Parts Division · Entered High-Performance Niche

Identified the opportunity in crusher wear&spare parts and initiated the new business direction.

Collaborated with top Chinese factories and began technical research into TIC inserts, tungsten bars, and alloy formulas.

2015

Team Leader Role Begins

Promoted to sales supervisor, leading a 6-person team to develop markets abroad.

Built foundational customer tracking models and began refining client engagement logic.

2021

Founded SANMEI · The Brand Takes Shape

Officially launched SANMEI, a brand focused on customized stainless steel solutions.

Built the first version of quotation templates, and technical communication framework.

2025

Founded PAJOA · A Dual-Brand Structure

Officially established the PAJOA brand, focused on premium crusher wear&spare parts.

Introduced standardized drawing systems, pricing logic, and trust-building mechanisms to scale the wear parts business.
