Can you match finishes across different profiles?

Yes. We align polish direction and abrasive sequence so square, rectangular and round tubes read as one system.

Do you support non-standard wall thickness?

Yes, it is core to our offer. Share drawings and target properties; we propose a workable section and run it to spec.

What documents are included?

MTCs for material traceability, dimensional inspection sheets and, on request, Ra values for sanitary polish and passivation certificates.

Which standards do the tubes meet?

ASTM A554, GB/T 12770 and JIS G3446; round tubes also JG/T 3030 and YB/T 5363.

Thicker PVD coating

Typical market coil: 0.21–0.27 µm. Ours is up to 28% thicker.
In plain terms: the coating takes longer to wear through, so the color lasts longer.

Consistent color

ΔE ≤ 2
Most suppliers give no color tolerance at all. Every coil of ours is held at ΔE 2 or less.
In plain terms: reorder next year or mix batches on one wall, and the panels still match.

Fingerprint-resistant

215solvent rubs
The standard asks for 100 solvent rubs. Typical market anti-fingerprint coating failed at 70; ours lasted 215.
In plain terms: fingerprints wipe off, and the coating holds up to daily cleaning.
