Brushed Stainless Steel Sheet
Brushed stainless steel sheets can be categorized into three types: Hairline finish sheets, No.4 finish sheets, and random sand finish sheets. They are produced using different friction methods to create distinct patterns.
For finer patterns, different "grit numbers" can be chosen. The higher the grit number, the finer the pattern on the stainless steel sheet.
Available grit numbers: 180, 240, 320, 400.
Different Types for Brushed Stainless Steel Sheet
The No.4 and hairline finish can be combined to form a No.4 hairline pattern. The process involves applying the No.4 finish first, followed by the hairline finish.
Hairline Finish Stainless Steel Sheet
Hairline finish stainless steel sheet is created by mechanically rubbing the surface of the stainless steel sheet to produce straight lines.
No.4 Finish Stainless Steel Sheet
No.4 finish stainless steel sheet is Produced by continuous horizontal rubbing on the surface of the stainless steel sheet.
Random Brushed Stainless Steel Sheet
Random brushed stainless steel sheet achieved by moving a high-speed copper wire brush in various directions, resulting in a random, non-uniform matte texture.

- Before purchasing, you should estimate the overall weight of the finished decorative sheet and the load-bearing capacity of the application area to avoid overloading.
- Since decorative sheets are primarily used for aesthetic purposes, a smaller thickness is sufficient, which not only saves costs but also meets the requirements. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, the ideal thickness range for stainless steel decorative sheets is between 0.5mm and 2.0mm.
- Sheets thinner than 0.5mm are too fragile and can be easily damaged during handling and manufacturing.
- Sheets thicker than 2.0mm are difficult to process and challenging to use in practical applications.
