Shuoyang, a joint investment between Wuxi Hongzhan Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Jia Sheng Hardware Company, primarily uses hot-rolled stainless steel plates as raw materials from major domestic and international suppliers. POSCO (Zhangjiagang) Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (PZSS), established in 1997, is a joint venture between South Korea's POSCO and Jiangsu Shagang Group, located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province.
