304 BA Stainless Steel Sheet and Coil

304 BA has a bright annealed finish, made by annealing in a controlled atmosphere that prevents oxidation. The surface is smooth and semi-mirror-like with an elegant sheen: brighter than 2B, less reflective than a polished mirror. It bends, rolls and fabricates without losing its finish.

Questions buyers ask before ordering 304 BA.

304 BA or 430 BA?

304 BA is non-magnetic with better corrosion resistance. 430 BA is magnetic and more economical, with a similar look, for indoor use.

304 BA or mirror polish?

BA is bright but less reflective. For high visual impact, choose a mirror polish; BA is also the usual base for it.

How hot can 304 BA go?

304 resists oxidation up to about 870 °C in continuous service. Avoid long exposure at 425–860 °C, where carbides can form and reduce corrosion resistance.

Does 304 BA come with film?
