7DL stainless steel features a round dome (ball) texture — evenly raised hemispherical domes set in a regular grid, with larger, more open spacing that creates a clean dotted pattern with strong light-and-shadow and good fingerprint and scratch concealment.

Pattern Profile and Surface Finish

7DL stainless steel sheet is typically processed on a single side only. The pattern or texture is embossed on the Prime Side, while the Non-Prime Side remains unprocessed. Due to the embossing, stamping, or forming process, the appearance and texture may differ slightly between the two sides.
The pattern profile may vary depending on material thickness, and the pattern depth and configuration may also differ slightly from one gauge to another.

Questions buyers ask about mill and colored sheets.

How is 7DL different from 2WL, 5WL, 6WL, and 7WL?

By shape. 7DL (with 15DP) is a raised-stud (dot) pattern — 7DL's studs lean diamond, 15DP's are round. 2WL and 5WL are ripple / wave patterns. 6WL and 7WL are diamond / water-drop mesh patterns.

Is 7DL anti-slip?

It offers light grip suitable for decorative and interior surfaces. For heavy anti-slip flooring or platforms, choose the deeper 15DP.

Can you match a custom color?

Yes. Send us a sample or a reference and we will match the color on sheets.
