Gold blasted stainless steel pairs a non-reflective matte texture with a PVD gold coating, available in three tones — Ti-Gold, Champagne Gold, and Rose Gold — for projects that want gold's warmth without a mirror or satin sheen.
Gold blasted stainless steel starts with the same PVD gold coating used across our gold finishes, but the surface underneath is blasted rather than brushed or mirror-polished — media is propelled at the base under pressure to strip away reflectivity before the coating goes on.
The size of that media is what separates the two textures: fine glass or ceramic beads on a pre-polished base give bead blasted gold a smooth, even matte with a soft sheen (Ra 1.5–2.5μm), reading softer and more refined, while coarser zirconia or aluminum oxide media on a standard base gives sand blasted gold a rougher, fully matte texture with no sheen at all (Ra 4–7μm) — flatter, more industrial, and lower cost since it skips the finer media and tighter process control bead blasting needs.
Either way, because the PVD layer is only microns thick, it settles into the blasted texture rather than filling it in, so the matte grain stays visible under the gold rather than being smoothed away.

"Gold hairline" isn't a single spec — it covers three distinct tones. Projects that call out "gold" without specifying which shade often end up with the wrong one on site.

The most saturated, richest gold of the three, tempered by the matte blast into a soft glow rather than a mirror-bright shine.
High-end interior decoration, especially popular in Middle Eastern markets where a rich, dramatic gold reads as premium — without the glare a hairline or mirror finish would throw off under strong lighting.

The palest, greyest-toned gold of the three — the blasted matte pushes that restraint further, with no sheen to catch the eye.
The default gold for hotel lobbies and commercial interiors under bright overhead lighting, where a shinier gold would add glare instead of warmth.

A soft, pink-toned gold that pairs especially well with a blasted finish — the matte texture suits its already-gentle tone, with no shine competing with the color.
Smaller accent pieces (hardware, trim, fixtures) and boutique retail settings, where how the surface feels to the touch matters as much as how it looks.
Our gold bead and sand blasted sheets products are sourced from the top-tier manufacturer of colored stainless steel in China, with strong wear resistance and a stable supply chain for consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Our brushed PVD stainless steel offers wear resistance that exceeds common industry benchmarks, backed by a stable supply chain for consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Sanmei Metal's PVD coatings are free of harmful substances and meet international environmental compliance standards — relevant if your project needs SDS or EPD documentation for green building certification.

Material quality starts at the source. Verified mills and processors in Foshan ensure traceable, consistent supply.

Coloring and processing under one roof. PVD, water plating, and surface finishing — all in-house.

Built on material understanding. Engineers review drawings to ensure profiles are manufacturable.

Coordinated, not fragmented. Processing, fabrication, and finishing aligned end to end.
Base coils come from our TOP partner mills (Lisco, Tisco, Jisco, Posco PZSS, Yongjin, Hongwang) before undergoing surface finishing and coating in-house at our Foshan facility.
Every sheet and coil ships with protective PVC film from Polifilm (Germany) and Novacel (France). Adhesion level is matched to your downstream process — strong enough to stay in place through laser cutting or stamping without gas pressure lifting the film and causing edge blowout, but not so strong that it leaves residue when removed.
Seaworthy packaging using sturdy wooden crates or steel frames to ensure 100% surface perfection upon arrival. Exporting directly to North America, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
