Embossing Stainless Steel Sheet

Embossed stainless steel sheets feature raised patterns on the surface, suitable for applications requiring aesthetics and cleanliness. The pattern is created using rolls with etched designs, resulting in varied depths of approximately 0-30 microns.

The machine slightly raised patterns on the surface while keeping the back flat, achieved by slowly pressing the patterns onto the entire stainless steel coil, which is then cut to size and commonly used in architectural decoration, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, and facility decoration.

• 5WL known as "flat weave" or "shallow wave," features simpler patterns and smoother surfaces, one of the pattern finishing patterns, offering less visual effect and anti-slip performance compared to 6WL.

The machine creates deeper embossing on the front and back surfaces after the coil is cut into sheets and further processed from the back.

• 6WL, one of the stamping finishing patterns, features a water wave-like pattern with more complex and pronounced waves, providing better visual effects and anti-slip performance.

1. Before purchasing, you should estimate the overall weight of the finished decorative sheet and the load-bearing capacity of the application area to avoid overloading.
   
   
2. Since decorative sheets are primarily used for aesthetic purposes, a smaller thickness is sufficient, which not only saves costs but also meets the requirements. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, the ideal thickness range for stainless steel decorative sheets is between 0.5mm and 2.0mm.

• Sheets thinner than 0.5mm are too fragile and can be easily damaged during handling and manufacturing.
• Sheets thicker than 2.0mm are difficult to process and challenging to use in practical applications.
