Is embossed mosaic diamond sheet anti-slip?

Yes. Each small rhombus has a raised edge that gives real grip, which is why it is a standard finish for stainless steel seating and flooring on metro and rail transit.

How is the diamond texture made?

It is pressed in with matched embossing rollers, so every facet sits at the same depth and angle across the whole sheet.

How is it different from quilted stainless steel?

Mosaic diamond is a fine, densely packed grid of small rhombus facets pressed edge-to-edge. Quilted uses a larger, padded diamond grid, with cells from 3″ to 12″.

Can it be colored?

Yes. Base colors are 2B, BA, muted gray and black, and PVD color or water plating can be added. PVD coats over the embossed surface without losing the texture.

Which grades can be embossed?

201, 304/304L, 316/316L and 430. 304 suits most indoor work; 316/316L is the choice for coastal, humid or outdoor use.

What thickness and sheet sizes do you supply?

0.3 to 3.0 mm (30 to 11 gauge), with 0.5 to 2.0 mm recommended for decorative use. Standard sheets are 1000×2000, 1219×2438, 1219×3048 and 1500×3000 mm, and we slit and cut to length on request.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is flexible, set per project. Lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock and 25 to 30 days for custom orders; forward and bulk orders take 30 to 45 days.

Typical market coil: 0.21–0.27 µm. Ours is up to 28% thicker.
In plain terms: the coating takes longer to wear through, so the color lasts longer.

Most suppliers give no color tolerance at all. Every coil of ours is held at ΔE 2 or less.

The standard asks for 100 solvent rubs. Typical market anti-fingerprint coating failed at 70; ours lasted 215.
